Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated underground parking spot for a small vehicle at no charge. Access to an outdoor spot for a larger vehicle may be available on a first come first serve basis for $15/night.
This apartment features keyless entry. Please read the check-in instructions carefully to ensure seamless entry access to the apartment.
Though this is a self-check-in apartment, I'm available via text or phone calls for assistance when needed.
Please note that this is a residential community, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. (The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.)

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side (we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours).
Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.
This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.
The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

As an air force brat, I’ve done a lot of bouncing around from place to place; and My husband and I have enjoyed living in Wisconsin for the last four years. I love the Ren Fair and the State Fair— and Milwaukee makes my foodie heart happy with the wide variety of restaurants. Ironically enough, I don’t really love the act of traveling. What I really love is experiencing new destinations once I get there--especially locally unique food! As a host, I do my best to use my spaces to solve the challenges I find frustrating when I’m a traveler. Whether hosting or traveling, cleanliness and comfort are my two main focuses. Coffee, kitties, and great conversations make my heart happy. :)Location
